Marisa is a PCC - Professional Certified Coach by ICF, a Master in NLP neurolinguistic programming, and a Certified CoachHub coach.
She has a Business Organization and Management Degree, and for over two decades, she worked and led diverse teams in the Oil & Gas, Audit, and Consulting industries.
She is a curious and empathic human being, who loves to learn, travel, to meet new cultures and people, which led her to know more than 25 countries and live in Africa and Europe.
The work she does as a Coach is about self-leadership and change. She helps her clients to discover how to make hard choices that make life easier.
She believes that each person has the right to be free and make their own choices, and is the expert to find the answers is searching for.
Marisa is a giver and her contribution to the world, is by mentoring individuals in different international organizations and universities.
The work she does as a Mentor is about empowering people, to nurture the leadership development of transformative women around the world, and to leverage leadership skills of entrepreneurs, professionals, social workers and graduate students.
